Ashton Connor Glidden was born Dec. 29, 2009, at 7:57 p.m. to Kelli Knight and James Glidden of Searsmont at Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta. Ashton weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. His paternal grandparents are Mary and Carroll Glidden of Searsmont. His maternal grandparents are Brad and Linda Knight of Lincolnville.
