A benefit supper for Wendell Wentworth will be held Saturday, March 6 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Masonic Temple in Union.

Wentworth has been diagnosed with cancer. He has been hospitalized at Maine Medical Center for the past three weeks due to complications. Wentworth has been the service manager at Union Farm Equipment since 1999 and was the service manager at Shepard Nissan for 25 years before that. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

Donations can be made ahead of time at Union Farm Equipment on Route 17 in Union (785-4451) or Shepard Nissan on Route 1 in Rockland (594-2154).
