Crystal Wadsworth-Delano was recently named Camden National Bank’s Waldoboro branch manager. In her new role, Delano will have responsibility for business development and the day-to-day operations of the Waldoboro branch.

Delano has worked at Camden National Bank for the past 10 years, most recently as commercial loan administrator. Delano started her career with Camden National as a teller, before being promoted to customer service representative then co-branch manager in Waldoboro. When Camden National Bank merged with Union Trust, Delano assisted in the transition of the Castine branch. Before joining Camden National, Delano worked as a customer service representative at Waldoboro Bank and as a receptionist at Crowe Rope Industries in Winslow.

“My favorite part of my job is working with our customers,” said Delano in a news release. “Meeting new people and helping them with their business or personal financial needs is very rewarding.”

Along with another Camden National stakeholder, Tammy Bryant, Delano founded the Waldoboro Business Association in 2004, and has remained a member of its board of directors. She has participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraisers, and helps to organize the annual Waldoboro Tree Lighting. Delano is a graduate of Medomak Valley High School, and resides in Friendship with her husband and two sons.
