The following cases were completed in Knox County Superior Court from Dec. 28 through Dec. 30.

David C. Bates, 26, of Rockland, negotiating a worthless instrument, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation, restitution of $600; theft and forgery on March 20 in South Thomaston, concurrent jail sentence, restitution of $2,883.

Cyrus Hardenburgh, 20, of Rockport, burglary on Dec. 30, 2008, in Hope, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years probation, restitution of $386; criminal attempt on Dec. 30, 2008, 90 days in jail concurrent.

Leif McClellan, 26, of South Thomaston, eluding an officer, dismissed; driving to endanger and failing to stop for an officer on Aug. 29 in Camden, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, $575 fine.

Daniel L. Reed Sr., 54, of Friendship, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to serve eight months for a probation violation on a prior assault conviction.

Larry Harold Robbins, 34, of Lewiston, had his probation partially revoked and was sentenced to five months in jail for a probation violation on a prior drug trafficking conviction.
