Photographer Bob Trapani caught the action at the Rockland Breakwater during an astronomical high tide Jan. 2 at around 11:15 a.m.
“The seas were not too bad on the bay, but it was amazing to see the volume of water from the storm surge,” Trapani wrote in an e-mail message to VillageSoup – The Herald Gazette.
