An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to the following calls from Dec. 22 to Dec. 29.

Dec. 22

Officer Lloyd Daniels responded to a theft complaint on Park Street.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to a hit-and-run car crash in the Hannaford Supermarket parking lot on Maverick Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a property damage car crash on Camden Street by State Farm Insurance. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a property damage car crash in the Custom House parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer Daniels responded to a property damage car crash at the intersection of Union and Summer streets. There were no injuries.

Officer William Smith responded to a disorderly complaint in the Hannaford Supermarket parking lot.

Sgt. Russell Thompson responded to a threatening complaint at Maritime Energy.

Officer Smith responded to a disorderly complaint on Maverick Street.

Officer Smith responded to a disorderly complaint on Summer Street.

Dec. 23

Officer Daniels responded to a property damage car crash on Talbot Avenue. There were no injuries.

Animal control officer Jeffrey McLaughlin responded to an animal problem on Park Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a property damage car crash on Payne Avenue. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a theft complaint at Hannaford Supermarket.

Officer Daniels responded to an animal problem at Fulton and South Main streets.

Officer Daniels responded to a property damage car crash on Camden Street by VIP Discount Auto store. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to an animal problem on Melrose Circle North.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to an animal welfare complaint on South Main Street near the railroad tracks.

Sgt. Thompson responded to a trespassing complaint at Maritime Energy.

Officer John Bagley responded to a burglary complaint on Brewster Street.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to a disorderly complaint on Rankin Street.

Officer Joel Neal responded to an overdose on Broadway.

Officer Redden responded to a drug complaint on Pleasant Street.

Victoria Reis, 19, of South Thomaston was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of liquor by a minor. Her passenger, Katie Libby, 23, of Rockland was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Joshua Cunningham, 31, of Belfast was arrested on a warrant.

Dec. 24

Sgt. Anthony Camporiale responded to a property damage car crash at the intersection of Camden Street and Pen Bay Avenue.

Sgt. Matthew Lindahl responded to a disorderly complaint on Samoset Road.

Anthony Bernardi, 36, of Rockland was arrested for operating under the influence.

Blair Drinkwater, 27, of Rockland was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Dec. 25

Officer Neal responded to a disorderly complaint on Park Street.

Officer Neal responded to a theft complaint on Crescent Street.

Officer Redden responded to a property damage car crash on Katahdin Avenue. There were no injuries.

Dec. 26

Officer Redden responded to a drug complaint on Limerock Street near Oliver Street.

Officer Neal responded to a theft complaint at the Circle K convenience store.

Sgt. Finnegan handled a search warrant at the Brunswick Rooms.

Officer Neal responded to a disorderly complaint on Eliza Steele Drive.

Officer Redden responded to a disorderly complaint at the Thorndike Apartments.

Thomas Foy, 53, of Rockland was arrested for violating a condition of release.

Dec. 27

Officer responded to a disorderly complaint on Old County Road near the Thomaston town line. Gregory Zaccadelli, 22, of Warren was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Sgt. Smith responded to a harassment complaint on Granite Street.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a domestic complaint on Warren Street.

Sgt. Smith responded to a criminal mischief complaint on Rankin Street.

Sgt. Camporiale responded to a car crash in the parking lot by Staples.

Sgt. Camporiale responded to a trespassing complaint on North Main Street.

Sgt. Camporiale responded to a threatening complaint on Masonic Street.

Sgt. Smith responded to a crash between a car and a deer on New County Road.

Sara Wilcox, 21, of Wiscasset was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, and was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.

Terrence Economy, 19, of Warren was arrested for OUI and operating without a license.

Dec. 28

Officer Daniels responded to a disorderly complaint on Rankin Street.

Officer McLaughlin responded to a report of an animal bite on Suffolk Street.

Officer Clifford Watson responded to a disorderly complaint at the Thorndike building.

Brian Breen, 28, of Camden was issued  a ticket for an improper left turn on a one-way street.

Dec. 29

Officer Daniels responded to 17 overnight parking violations throughout the city.
