Julia Carleton Pinelo and Patrick Gene Rowling are delighted to announce their engagement. The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Rochester with a degree in Psychology; the groom-elect attended the University of Maine and is an IT professional and musician.

The couple currently reside in Rockland, and both work in the Midcoast area.

A spring wedding is planned.
