	        The Cardiac Rehab 5k, “Walk to the ♥ Beat,” will be held Saturday, May 19, at 10 a.m. at the Belfast Area High School track, which has a smooth, even walking surface.
 
Mary Hanrahan, RN, director of the cardiac rehab department, said the walk is a wellness celebration for all her patients’ successes.
 
There is no entry fee but donations will be accepted and t-shirts will be on sale for $5 each, free for current ...
