Mike Garrigan and his wife relocated to Maine from Naples, Florida in the summer of 2000. In the past Mike has managed award winning seafood restaurants in Florida as well as managed an Irish pub in Zurich, Switzerland. A graduate of Florida State University – Mike feels his degree in marketing and advertising are a great asset to his clients when marketing their home for sale. Over the years Mike has been involved in the restoration of antique homes including his own historic home in Thomaston. He is a member of the Thomaston Historical Society and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Mike has been name Top Producer at Coldwell Banker SoundVest Properties for the years 2005 and 2006 and his specialty markets include: Antique and Historical Homes, Coastal Properties, Buyer Representative and First Time Home Buyers.

Mike would like to put his years of experience in marketing, customer service and home restoration to work for both Buyers and Sellers in the Mid-Coast area.
