Like many, Rick came to this area in the summer in 1968 and found it impossible to leave. He, and his wife Martha, owned and operated the Kennebunkport Inn for twenty-two years and, with their two daughters, have been very active members of the community. Coming from the service industry, Rick is dedicated to personalized customer service; great attention to detail, and has an unusual ability to be a problem solver. In 2004, Rick received his company’s Real Estate Chairman’s Circle Gold Award placing him in the top 2-6% of brokers Nationwide. Rick is one of the areas top real estate producers, finding the right match for buyers and successfully assisting sellers of both residential and commercial property in southern seacoast Maine. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Rick has a business degree from the Whittemore School of Business. He is a member of the York County Board of Realtors, Maine State Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Rick is a member of the Webhannet Golf Club, Arundel Paddle Club, past President of the Kennebunk Rotary Club, past President of the Graves Memorial Library, past Commodore of the Kennebunk River Club, former board member of the Kennebunk, Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce and a Corporator of the Kennebunk Savings Bank. He has also been an active fundraiser for the Kennebunkport Historical Society, Laudholm Farm, Berwick Academy, Holderness School, York County Technical College, Portland Symphony, and the River Tree Arts. Currently, Rick is the Vice President of the Senior Center at Lower Village, an active member of the Kennebunkport Shade Tree Committee, Parson’s Way Committee, and is Kennebunkport’s Tree Warden. Someone who genuinely enjoys people, Rick is dedicated to helping people solve their real estate needs.
