For 25 years I ran the area's premier vacation rental business. I know the importance of vacation properties for family ownership as well as for buyers who may want to create a family vacation property. I know the value for a seller as well as for buyer. I have the expertise to help assess the possibility of the property becoming an investment. From my years in the vacation rental business I have client contacts around the world. I was born and raised in New Orleans. I have lived year round in Martinsville, Maine, for 25 years, on the property where I spent summers. I am passionate about houses and properties, as well as hiking, gardens, dogs and life!
