Douglas M. Erickson, CCIM, CRB has in excess of thirty-seven years of commercial and industrial real estate experience. He is presently licensed as a real estate broker in the States of Florida, Maine, and New Hampshire.

In 1994 Doug became a member of the national chapter of the "Certified Investment Real Estate Institute" (CIREI) and New England Chapter of CIREI. In 1997 received his "Certified Commercial Investment Member" (CCIM) designation from CIREI, an affiliation of the National Association of Realtors.

In 2005 the commercial office of SoundVest Properties became a member of Coldwell Banker Commercial as its representative for the State of Maine.

In 2003 Doug received the "2003 International President's Circle" award from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company.

In 2005 Doug also was awarded the "Bronze Circle of Distinction Award" from Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Company. In 2006 he was awarded the "Silver Circle of Distinction Award" for excellence in sales and was also recognized as the "Number One Producer" in the State of Maine.
