In 1988 Susan was an officer of a national life insurance company in New York. Her children were grown, and it was time for a change.

She’d logged 12 years in the business as a broker in New York State before moving to Saint George in 2000. “It was a dream come true,” she says. "I love the serenity, the simplicity of life here and the sense of community.”

Susan has attained her Graduate Realtor Institute GRI) designation, as well as her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation through the National Association of Realtors.

She relishes the diversity. “I have worked with first-time home buyers, second-home buyers and those who are retiring or downsizing. One of the many things I love about this business is dealing with people from all walks of life, and feeling like I’ve made a positive difference in their lives .”

 
Susan’s marketing background helps her to market properties effectively, and she has a knack for matching buyers with homes, land and investment properties. The details and paperwork stay in the background, while she handles them flawlessly.

Off-hours, she hikes, kayaks, gardens, rides her motorcycle and spends time with family and friends.
