Sandy Ellsworth
Sandy Ellsworth, the Coastal Mountain Council of REALTORS 2012 Realtor of the Year, came to Real Estate via a career in radio. Sandy worked on both sides of the microphone and after a successful stint at WKNE in Keene, NH, he made the move to Camden in 1988 as Sales Manager of the newly-born Coast 102.5 radio station. In 1994, Sandy made a career change and joined Jaret & Cohn Real Estate.
Since his arrival to Camden in 1998, Sandy has been involved with serving multiple mid-coast communities and organizations. A long-standing member of Rockland Rotary, Sandy has served on the former Mid-Coast Children's Services Board, the Salvation Army Advisory Council, the Pen Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee, the Camden Budget Committee, and Camden Conservation Committee. Additionally, he has spearheaded fundraising efforts for the Camden/Rockport Animal Rescue League as well as Habitat for Humanity, and was the first president of the St. George River Council of REALTORS. Sandy believes that to be involved in the communities in which he lives and works and to help those less fortunate is one way he can give back to help ensure the mid-coast communities continue to grow and thrive.
Ellsworth lives in Camden with his wife, Diane Norton.
With his strong commitment to Midcoast Maine communities, Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge to his career as a realtor. If you're considering buying or selling a home in Maine, call Sandy Ellsworth at (207)-236-9626 xt110
