Keith Davie and Nicki Dunbar have put down firm roots in the Mid-Coast since their arrival in the region. Currently residing in Warren, Nicki moved to Maine from Vermont in 1995, while Keith relocated from rural New York in 2006. They are very excited to be joining Coldwell Banker SoundVest Properties as team Sales Agents, an arrangement which assures that one or both will be available to address their client's needs.

Both bring service-industry experience from their prior careers that has honed their customer relations skills. In addition to her architectural training, Nicki has worked in the information technology field for the State of Maine for 15 years and brings a unique ability to negotiate and mediate the optimum balance of needs and wants between parties. Keith\'s careers have included 14 years as a pilot for a major airline, 6 years in agricultural production and direct marking and 4 years in the healthcare field. He provides construction, mechanical and sales skills, as well as that personal touch that's so critical in a successful broker/client relationship.

When not engaged in the work they love, they enjoy exploring the Penobscot Bay from Rockland Harbor aboard their 25' sailboat Honfleur, as well as by car and on foot. Whether you\'re looking to buy or sell, they look forward to helping you meet your real estate goals.
