Ian Erickson
In 2007, Ian joined the staff of Coldwell Banker Commercial SoundVest Properties specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
Previously he worked for a number of years as a Commercial Credit Analyst for a national credit reporting agency and eventually for a New Hampshire based bank. In 2004, Ian obtained his property and casualty insurance license and moved back to the Mid-Coast area working for a local insurance agency in the commercial lines department. While at the agency he provided advice and services to commercial, industrial and investment property owners with respect to property values and potential risks associated therewith.
Because of his background and knowledge, Ian is able to provide property owners with advice that few commercial brokers are able to give.
