Buying or selling real estate can be one of the most rewarding decisions that we make. As an investor and renovator of his own properties, Ed understands the joy of buying that perfect real estate investment. He also appreciates the importance of finding the right professional to help navigate the complexities of a real estate transaction, whether buying or selling. Spending over 25 years as a corporate banker in the global financial services industry was perfect preparation for a second career in real estate, particularly as a listing agent for Maine Inn Brokerage (MIB), a unit of Legacy Properties SIR. He learned early on that his client’s interests come first. Understanding a client’s needs and dreams, and matching those to the reality of the real estate market, both financial and aesthetic, is a challenge he is passionate about. A native of the South, avid sailor and former Marine Corps officer, he holds an MBA degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Having held various senior management positions in sales and marketing communications, he is a firm believer in giving back to the communities in which we live. He is particularly committed to cultural non-profits that enhance the cultural fabric of the communities where we do business He is a member of Camden Rotary, a former Trustee of the Center for Maine Contemporary Art, and a member of the Board of Overseers for Bay Chamber Concerts.
