Yamuna® Body Rolling's unique ability to prevent and remedy common sports injuries such as tennis elbow, shoulder issues, back issues and to increase abdominal and all over strength & flexibility.
MRC, located on Route 90 in Rockport, offers Yamuna Body Rolling & Foot Fitness as a 8 week session or by drop in. Foot Fitness is conducted the first 15 minutes of every class followed by Body Rolling. You can do either or both!
Mondays: 5:30 - 7: 00 pm ** Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:30 pm
