Waldoboro Public Library will kick off its Summer Reading Program Friday with Wind Over Wings, a special educational program featuring three live owls and an eagle. The theme of this year’s Summer Reading Program is Dream Big, Read! It is not necessary to be a part of the Summer Reading Program to attend.
