"Anything that's got to do with art is cool with me." — Sam Sanchez, Rockland.
Yay! It's a great building and has been an important creative hub around here.
On another note, it's good to see Cap'n Richard Spear's smiling face.
I'm delighted about it!!! This is an important building in the City (and history) of Rockland, and I'm so thrilled to know it will have a new life and a great purpose!! My Mom graduated high school there in 1946 and it was my junior high school - lots of memories.
