I got to go with a southern dish, barbqued Pelican. I did'nt think I would like it at first, a littel wild flavor, but not bad.

Sausage, eggs, toast and home fries as the sun comes up ovuh the harbah and the bird start to sing. :)  Looking forward to it soooon.

Beth has a passion for photography, and a degree from the University of Maine at Augusta, in affiliation with the Maine Photographic Workshop in Rockport.
