Weferling EP set for Oct. 15 release
New York — Camden native Michael Weferling will debut his first full body of work, “3-D EP,” Tuesday, Oct. 15 on iTunes. The Camden Hills Regional High School grad will be performing music from the EP Sunday, Oct. 20, at 10 p.m. at Pianos, 158 Ludlow at Stanton.
"3-D EP" is a pop/R&B recording with Weferling layering tenor vocals over electronic synths, live piano and pulsing drums beats. Co-written and produced by Weferling and producer Harold Shawn, the EP's intent is to showcase some of the various dimensions the artist offers, sonically and lyrically.
Weferling graduated in May from Northeastern University in Boston with a BS in Music Industry. While at Northeastern, Weferling interned at Rolling Stone Magazine and VEVO. He is living in New York City and pursuing his dream of becoming a pop star.
