Officer fuller is a waste of tax payer dollars....he came to my house by mistake and disregarded the beware of dog sign. The dog was tied up and he still got close enough to get nipped...I thought you had to know how to read to pass a police exam...apparently not!  And maybe if he laid off the doughnuts he could run fast enough to catch a criminal! I don't think he has caught anyone yet!  He is what you call an investigator. Not a police officer who can actually solve a crime!
