Waldoboro — Waldoboro police officers responded to 156 calls for service from Oct. 29 to Nov. 5. Below are a few of the highlights:

Oct. 31

Officer Jeremy Joslyn is investigating a report of the theft of various items valued at approximately $2,000.

Nov. 1

Officer Joslyn arrested Kevin Libby, 24, of Waldoboro, for operating after suspension.

Officer Joslyn investigated a harassment complaint. The subject was found and warned on harassment.

Officer Joslyn is investigating a criminal mischief complaint of smashed motor vehicle windows.

Nov. 2

Officer William Bragg is investigating a report of forgery.

Officer Bragg is investigating a fraud complaint.

Officer Bragg is investigating a report of harassment.

Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a report of possible fraud.

Nov. 3

Officer Thomas Hoepner investigated a report from the Big Apple of a $29.02 gas drive off. The subject was found and returned to pay for the gas.

Nov. 4

Officer Joslyn summoned Laura Bell, 47, of South Carolina for failure to register a motor vehicle.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
