Waldoboro — The Waldoboro Police Department reported the following activity from Feb. 7 through Feb. 13.

Feb. 7

Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Carol Clinton, 59, of Waldoboro on a warrant.

Feb. 9

Officer Sean Kozer investigated an accident on Friendship Road at 7:35 a.m. Laura Beal, 17, of Friendship was driving a 2003 Hyundai two-door sedan that sustained $2,000 in damage. There were no injuries. Beal was traveling north on Friendship Road. She lost control due to road conditions and slid across into the southbound lane and slid into an embankment. After impact, the vehicle spun counter-clockwise before coming to a rest.

Officer Kozer arrested Corey Main, 35, of Waldoboro for a probation violation.

Feb. 10

Officer Kozer summoned Melissa Barbour, 41, of Waldoboro for failure to register motor vehicle.

Detective Lance Mitchell is investigating a report from a resident that someone slashed a tire on his truck, $110 value.

Feb. 11

Officer Thomas Hoepner summoned a 16-year-old male juvenile for assault.

Feb. 13

Officer Fuller arrested Joel Gehrmann, 23, of Waldoboro on a probation violation.

Sgt. Jamie Wilson is investigating a report from a resident that someone damaged a window at his neighbor’s residence.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
