Vacation week at Sweet Tree Arts

Sweet Tree Arts L3C will offer school vacation-week options.

Hope — Sweet Tree Arts L3C, across from Hope General Store at the intersection of Routes 235 and 105, will offer a variety of workshops over the winter-break school vacation.

Lindsay Pinchbeck will lead Think Big 5+, an exploration in painting and community art; as well as Drawing 7-14s, which will share specific drawing skills for students to gain confidence in seeing and mark making.

Lisa Packard will offer Une Drole du Soup, a multi-age French and cooking class. Liza Gardner Walsh will offer Winter Fairy Gardening for 4- to 8-year-olds; and Dena will explore Family Stories for 8-year-olds and older.

Sweet Tree Arts also hosts Open Studio Mondays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for families to drop in, create and explore, one of its various arts and alternative learning opportunities for all ages and all abilities. Scholarships are available. For details and pricing, visit sweettreearts.org.
