Understanding Natural Sleep Rhythms

May 03, 2014

Camden — Michael Keating will present Understanding Natural Sleep Rhythms and How They Affect Our Health at the monthly Wellness Brown Bag Lunch, Monday, May 12, at noon at Camden Public Library.

“When we think of health, losing weight, or getting fit, the things that come to mind first are typically exercise and diet. Rarely is sleep considered an important element when setting our health goals. The cycles of day and night resulting from the movement of the sun and earth play a significant role in our overall health. Learn about these rhythms and how to live in alignment with them,” Keating said in a news release.

Keating is a holistic lifestyle consultant with Divine Wellness Consultants in Owls Head. He is also an AFPA certified Strength Consultant, Yoga Fitness Instructor, Pilates Fitness Instructor, certified C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach, Kardio Kickboxing trainer, and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. This presentation was rescheduled from March 10.

The Wellness Series is co-sponsored by the library and the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce.
