Friendship — Friendship is seeking nominations for two open positions for the upcoming elections in March.
According to Town Clerk Joel Fearn, one three-year term on the Board of Selectmen expires. That position is currently held by Arthur "Bubba" Thompson Jr., who has taken out nomination papers, but has not yet returned them.
Also open is a three-year term as assessor with the expiration of Pamela Cabanas' term.
Nomination papers are due at the town office by Jan. 31. Elections will be held by secret ballot on March 17 and the annual Town Meeting will be held March 18.
