Rockland — Two Rockland men were arrested in the early morning hours of Aug. 9 after police saw the pair kicking another man who was lying on the ground, the apparent end of a fight that started inside a local bar.

Ronald Moulton, 48, and Scott A. Moulton, 28, were apprehended and charged with aggravated assault for kicking the 29-year-old victim repeatedly. The reason for the fight has not been determined, said Rockland Police Deputy Chief Wally Tower.

The men were each released on $1,000 cash bail Aug. 9.

The victim was bleeding from the head and unconscious when police broke up the fight. One of the attackers was restrained by witnesses outside of the Time Out Pub on Main Street.

The fight started inside of the bar, the men were asked to leave by management, and the altercation spilled outside and onto the street, where police responded to the scene.

The accused assailants are related, said Tower, but he is not certain of what their relationship is.

Officers Jacob Shirey, Andrew Redden and Sgt. Matt Lindahl handled the case.

That father and son just lost their wife/mother and father-in-law/grandfather within a month of each other.  One in March and the other in April.  Back off! Depression causes people not to think clearly and both are clearly on the wrong path! Maybe you should pray for people than making comments!

A little father and son bonding time at the Tooth Out Pub. Must have been Miller Time.

The supposed Victim is known for sucker punching people in bars and starting fights for no reason.  I am sure this is the case with this incident as well.
