Where can we find true safety amidst the ambushes of terror, bullying, domestic violence or illness? Those interested in taking a fresh spiritual yet highly practical look at meeting life’s challenges and finding security and healing through listening to and trusting in God’s protection and guidance are warmly invited to attend a talk by Josh Niles, C.S., titled, “Spiritual Training: Finding Security and Safety in Our Daily Lives.”
Niles, a practitioner of Christian Science healing, says, “Spiritual alertness brings solutions and guidance to my life. It's a kind of listening and takes an inner quietness or the use of ones spiritual senses to hear the answers.”
Niles has experienced God’s protection as an officer in the Army, leading a platoon in Baghdad, Iraq. Since 2008, he has been dedicated to healing spiritually as a Christian Science practitioner, sharing with others this scientific, prayer-based system. He is a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship and speaks throughout the U.S., traveling from his home in Boise, Idaho.
