Take this week's On The Line poll
This week we are asking:
"Do you favor the extensive Route 1 construction planned in Warren and Thomaston?"
The Maine Department of Transportation is spending millions to rebuild part of Route 1 in Warren and Thomaston, and the project could go on for quite some time. In addition, some trees along the highway will be removed as part of the project. Some neighbors have voiced opposition to the plans, and an earlier phase of the project in Warren sparked a major controversy about a decade ago.
