Super raffle proceeds to help send students to Japan

Camden — This April, Camden-Rockport Middle School will send 10 eighth-grade students to Hirakawa in Aomori Prefecture, Japan for a 10-day cultural exchange.

The group fundraises the entire cost of this trip making it accessible to any student.

Please help them reach their fundraising goal by purchasing a raffle ticket to win one of three prizes:

1st prize — iPad 16GB Wi-Fi (value $499) ,

2nd prize — iPod Nano 16GB Red w/Bluetooth (Value $149),

3rd prize — iTunes gift card (Value $30).

Only 300 tickets are being offered. Tickets are $15 for one or $65 for five tickets. Drawing for winners will be Friday, March 22, at Camden-Rockport Middle School on Knowlton Street.

To purchase please stop by the Camden-Rockport Middle School office at 34 Knowlton St., Camden, phone 236-7805. Office closes at 3 p.m. Tickets are also available at Rockport Blueprint, 39 Mechanic St. in Camden. Hours are Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
