Student film fest rolls out red carpet
Rockland — Oceanside High School film students will present the Mariner Broadcasting Film Festival Thursday, May 22, at Oceanside East, 400 Broadway.
The annual award show features work by students from the video production and animation classes, as well as from the visual arts and photography students. The limousines start arriving (actually, one limo, pulling up front multiple times) for the students’ red carpet entries at 6 p.m. and the screenings and awards show will run from 7 to 9 p.m.
Admission is $8. Everyone is invited to join the fun as Oceanside High School goes Hollywood.
