Stash Buster fiber/fabric sale in Union

Apr 19, 2017
Last year’s yarn stash gets a pick-through at Vose Library.

Union — Vose Library, 392 Common Road, is calling all quilters, knitters, crafters and others to its Stash Buster fiber/fabric sale Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to noon.

There is a vast array of donated items available including fabrics, yarns, notions, tools and more! Like a book sale, Community members have donated unused material from their stashes to be sold at bargain prices.

Shoppers also can enjoy a bake sale with delicious treats and take a break in the coffee corner. And there also will be a mini book sale, including lots of art and mystery books. Vose Library cannot accept credit or debit cards, but cash and checks are welcome.

The library will be closed all day so all its space and staffing can be devoted to the Stash Buster sale; the fundraiser is a pillar of the Vose budget and helps keep the library running the rest of the year. For more information, call Vose Library at 785-4733.
