Rockport — At the Center for Maine Contemporary Art’s July ArtLab for All Ages, participants will use simple materials to simulate stained glass in artwork that will glow with the summer sun when hung in windows.

The workshop will run from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 5, at CMCA, 162 Russell Ave. Admission is free and all materials will be provided. Everyone is welcome and pre-registration is not required.

There are still a few openings for this summer’s weeklong ArtCamps, themed morning workshops for children age 6 to 10. For more information, visit cmcanow.org or call 236-2875. ArtLab is made possible in part by support from Camden National Bank, Harbor Square Gallery, the Milton and Sally Avery Art Foundation and individual donors.
