I just wanted to write to you to infom you of the most pleasant encounter I had with one of your employee's. I did not catch his name, but he was the driver of the fuel truck who delivered to the Rockport gas station at around 8:30pm on the night of Thursday Feb 7th.  While refueling the station, and I my car, he approached me and notified me that I had a flat tire and I was almost driving on my rim. I had just gotten out of work early and decided to refuel before the snow storm and had not even noticed the tire. After filling my car, I ran inside to pay and grab a few quarters for the air pump. When I went back outside I walked up to him to ask if he would be so kind as to help me out because I had no idea how much air to put in my tire. He responded saying he had planned on assisting me, and was just waiting for me to pull my car over to the air pump. Once there, he inserted his own quarters to start the pump and even pulled out a handy little flash light from his pocket! It was only about 10 degrees that night and yet he was still so kind to brave the cold and help me! I tried to offer him compensation for his kindness and he refused so I demanded he at least took a hug! I am sad that I didn't catch his name, but I hope you have it on record and can let him know what an amazing person he is!
