Sogno Salon stylists study healthy hair products
Rockland — Nancy Mason-Allen, Laura Collard, and Jenn Baca from Sogno Salon in Rockland recently attended the Surface New Beginnings Symposium in Boston to learn about a the line of natural hair products. The Surface New Beginnings workshop was hosted by company president and world-renowned stylist, Wayne Grund.
The aim of Surface New Beginnings products is to provide Sogno clients the opportunity to achieve beauty with a conscience. Products such as mousse, gel, conditioner and shampoo are made of a combination of 100 percent vegan protein ingredients, specific essential micro minerals, and botanicals, and are gluten-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free and phthalate-free. For example, the Bassu Hydrating products are made with babassu oil, flaxseed oil and aloe gel to help keep hair shining throughout the dry winter months.
