Join Carla Jo Kaler, tobacco specialist at Pen Bay Medical Center at the Freshstart smoking cessation program, starting Tuesday, Nov. 9 and stop smoking now. The program runs for four weeks. Freshstart is the American Cancer Society's quit-smoking program. Freshstart can be the start to a new life without cigarettes.
