Smartphone workshop April 9 in Rockland
Rockland — Did you know that 76 percent of people would rather live without chocolate than their smartphone? Another 62 percent would rather live without TV.
Smartphones have become a must-have device for many people, but not everyone is aware of everything they are capable of doing. U.S. Cellular wants to show Rockland residents the tips and tricks of using these devices to the fullest.
On Wednesday, April 9, from 7 to 8 p.m. at 725 Main St., U.S. Cellular is offering a free device workshop where current or potential smartphone users can ask questions and learn about any device they are interested in. The workshop is open to everyone, and you don’t have to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend.
“We want to ensure that every customer knows how to get the most out of their device and has a great wireless experience,” said Matt Kasper, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in New England. “At U.S. Cellular, we also understand the importance of having a reliable 4G LTE network so our customers can use their devices where they live, work and play.”
