Rockland — The following cases were closed in Sixth District Court in Rockland between Nov. 26 and Nov. 30:

Jennica R. Benner, 26, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 14 days in Knox County Jail; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.

Andrew Joseph Blauvelt, 23, of Washington, attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Michael L. Bridges, 54, of Appleton, allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine; dog chasing moose, deer or wild turkey, dismissed.

Christopher L. Burton, 44, of Warren, assault, dismissed.

Jeffrey P. Callahan, 20, of Warren, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

Catherine M. Christie, 55, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Seth Cohn, 28, of Camden, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Niall Conlan, 23, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence, no test, dismissed; obstructing government administration, dismissed; operating vehicle without a license, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Charles Darwin, 26, of Camden, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.

Jessica L. Elwell, 22, of Owls Head, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Felicia Glidden, 19, of Washington, violating condition of release, three months in jail; hindering apprehension or prosecution, three months in jail; violating condition of release, three months in jail; minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Jared E. Hansen, 34, of Brunswick, criminal trespass, 90 days in jail.

Jason R. Heppe, 38, of Vinalhaven, criminal trespass, 14 days in jail.

Robert M. Kelley Jr., 46, of Rockland, violating protective order, $500 fine.

Paul Leach, 43, of Waldoboro, abuse of property while hunting, $100 fine.

Denise Leary, 42, of Warren, operating a vehicle without  license, $150 fine.

Erik Lindquist, 45, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence, $1,000 fine.

Meryk G. Lowden, 25, of Rockland, possession of marijuana, $350 fine.

Jeramy Luszczki, 30, of Rockland, theft by deception, seven days in jail, restitution $742; burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail; criminal trespass, 14 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Christopher C. Mansfield Sr., 36, of Rockland, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

Jarib A. Murphy, 21, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 days in jail.

Peter E. Parker, 41, of Warren, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Tyler J. Philbrook, 24, of Vinalhaven, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, restitution, $107; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; false public alarm or report, 90 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended for 30 days; failure to register vehicle, 48 hours in jail.

Jeremy Prior, 35, of Bremen, elver harvesting during closed season, $500 fine.

Duston R. Reed, 30, of Waldoboro, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, dismissed.

Adam John Ridlon, 31, of Portland, violating condition of release, four days in jail.

Matthew R. Shay, 36, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 90 days; operating vehicle without license with restricted condition, $200 fine.

Thomas B. Somo, 23, of Camden, criminal mischief, $500 fine, restitution, $163.56.

Shane Stockbridge, 18, of Waldoboro, minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.

Edward Thorbjornson, 53, of St. George, violating condition of release, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release, two days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, two days in jail.

Michael Urgo, 46, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation.

Justin T. Vosmus, 25, of Friendship, violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; disorderly conduct, 15 days in jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating condition of release, five days in jail.
