Rockland — The following cases were closed in Sixth District Court Sept. 2-6:
Jameson G. Ames, 25, of Spruce Head, class I lobster and crab fishing without license, $500 fine.
John Bennett, 52, of Camden, violating condition of release, 14 days in Knox County Jail; operate vehicle without license condition or restrictions, 90 days in jail; operating under the influence, two priors, $1,100 fine, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended.
Donald Boyington, 67, of Waldoboro, fish for or take fish from closed area, $300 fine.
Adam R. Doherty, 29, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
Timothy B. Dyer, 65, of Vinalhaven, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $250 fine.
Tracy Lewis, 49, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.
Sierra McDonald, 19, of Rockland, probation violation for a previous domestic violence assault conviction, 40 days in jail, probation partially revoked probation continued.
Corinne A. Reggep, 33, of Biddeford, two counts of criminal trespass, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
Adam R. Doherty, 29, of Camden, forgery, probation violation, five years in prison, all but three months suspended, probation two years; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, probation violation, three years in prison with all but five months suspended, probation two years, $734 restitution; misuse of identification, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison, $734 restitution.
Richard G. Emery, 39, of Rockland, probation violation for an unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics conviction, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Tracy L. Lewis, 49, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 90 days; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
