Rockland — Talbot Home is an elegant historic Victorian home located at 73 Talbot Ave., Rockland, which offers residential care for the elderly. The Board of Trustees will host its annual Silver Tea and open house on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. The public is cordially invited to attend and “tea hats” are encouraged.
