At Union Farm Equipment, Inc. service is important to us. We recommend that customers purchase a tractor from a dealer who is able to service that tractor when needed. Are you going to take the tractor back to a dealer 1,000 miles from home?

Depending upon your needs we can handle anything from routine maintenance to major overhauls. Most of our customers, will, at sometime, require service. We have a service truck on the road most weekdays to perform service at your site.

Our staff is well versed on all aspects of service. We have six full time mechanics and three full time parts people. Every year we send personnel to Kubota and New Holland schools. Our long history is due to our ability to keep customer’s tractors running.

Kubota and New Holland both offer two-year basic and three-year power train warranties on compact tractors. These warranties cover parts and labor at the dealership. We provide transportation, at no charge, for warranty repairs if our customers are within 50 miles of the dealership and are unable to transport it themselves.

We also provide, at the customer’s option, a 50-hour service package. For customers within 50 miles of the dealership we offer a free 50-hour service at the dealership if the customer provides transportation to the dealership, or we will provide an on site service if the customer purchases the fluids and filters. For customers outside the 50-mile radius we offer the free service at the dealership or we will provide the fluids and filters so the customer can perform the service themselves.
