The public is invited to meet Liberty artist Keith Schneider during a Friday art walk reception July 13 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Raven's Nest Gallery, 65 Main St.

Schneider offers a fresh body of studio work that embraces a new season with gusto and is deeply rooted in the abstract expressionist style. Coastal Penobscot Bay and surrounding islands, along with neighboring coastlines, are featured in this work.

Raven's Nest Gallery is open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Fridays from 2 to 8 p.m. and other  times by chance. For more information, call 505-2659.
