Santa arrives in Rockland for annual Festival of Lights

Rockland — The Coast Guard escorted Santa Claus along the final leg of his journey to Rockland on Nov. 23, kicking off a weekend of holiday fun with Rockland Main Street, Inc.'s annual Festival of Lights.

Upcoming events include the lighting of the world's largest lobster trap tree at 6 p.m. on Nov. 23, and the Festival of Lights parade at 6 pm. on Nov. 24. A full schedule can be found on Rockland Main Street, Inc's website.
