The new district governor of Rotary District 7790 recently visited the Rockland Rotary Club. Serge Poulin, 53, of St. Foy, Quebec, highlighted the need to prevent suicide and plans to undertake local training for Maine Rotarians on this issue as part of his year as governor. President Dave Theirault presented Poulin with a lobster, symbolic of the Rockland community, on Aug. 29.
