June 12

Caroline A. Luttrell, 17, of South Thomaston, speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph posted zone.

Jaclyn Cogswell, 25, of Rockland, inspection violation.

David S. Miller, 21, of Rockland, operating after suspension, operating without a license beyond restrictions.

Seth J. Martin, 30, of Liberty, insurance violation.
