Rockport lawyer named to American Association for Justice board

Rockport — Attorney Don Briggs from the law firm Briggs & Wholey, LLC, has been elected to the board of governors of the American Association for Justice.

This is a significant honor bestowed upon very few Maine Trial Lawyers. The AAJ board of governors are comprised of two or more governors selected from each affiliated state trial lawyer organization.

The Board of Governors is the governing body of the AAJ and is responsible for formulating the budget and directing all association policy and lobbying efforts which have far reaching effects upon the viability of the nation’s civil justice system.
