Rockport — Rockport Automotive continues to invest in the community with its “Giving Back” program, with its June’s donation going to United Midcoast Charities.

Owners Jan and Eric Campbell are dedicated to helping local nonprofit organizations and charities by raising money though oil changes each month. A portion of the cost of each oil change is donated.

United Midcoast Charities is dedicated to serving children and families by supporting 52 nonprofit agencies, reaching approximately 35 percent of the population in Knox and Waldo counties. In its seventy-first year of serving the Midcoast, UMCC gives 100 percent of all donations to the community.

Rockport Automotive's charity for the month of July is Pope Memorial Humane Society of Knox County.
