Friends of Rockland Public Library will hold their annual Winter Book & Bake Sale Saturday, March 22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Community Room.

Rockland — The Friends of Rockland Public Library will hold their annual Winter Book & Bake Sale Saturday, March 22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Community Room of the library.

There will be a huge variety of fiction and non-fiction available at rock-bottom prices, as well as a large variety of delectable homemade baked goods.

The Friends welcome year-round donations of used books, videos, DVDs, and CDs in good condition. There is a particular need for children's books.

The Friends' used book store on the library's lower level, the Book Stop, is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. all year. All proceeds from sales go to support library programs and collections.
